How to check my phone for eSIM compatibility?

The most reliable check: dial *#06# from the phone app — if an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM.  You can also check your settings manually (under Cellular/Mobile Data on iPhone or Network & Internet/SIM Manager on Android) to see if an "Add eSIM" option is available

What models are compatible?

Most modern smartphones released in the last few years are compatible with eSIM (embedded SIM) technology. Phone models iPhone  XS, XS Max, XR, and all newer models including the iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 series, plus the iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd gen).  Samsung  Galaxy S20 series and newer (including S21, S22, S23, S24, S25), Galaxy Note 20 series, all Z Flip and Z Fold foldables, and select mid-range A-series phones (like the A54, A55, and A56). Exceptions:  Some carrier-specific variants from regions like the US or Hong Kong may lack eSIM support, particularly on older flagship models like the S20 or Note 20. Google Pixel 3 and all newer models (Pixel 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 series, and Pixel Fold) are widely compatible. Early Pixel 3 and 3a models bought in specific countries (like Japan, Taiwan, or Australia) or locked to certain carriers may not work.  Motorola select recent models in the Razr and Edge lineups support eSIM. Huawei models starting from the P40 and Mate 40 Pro series.  Xiaomi / Oppo / Vivo / Honor: Global flagship and select mid-range variants support eSIM (such as Xiaomi 12T Pro and newer, Oppo Find series, and Honor Magic series)

How does eSIM work?

An eSIM (embedded Subscriber Identity Module) works exactly like a traditional physical SIM card but replaces the removable plastic piece with a tiny microchip permanently soldered inside your device. Instead of swapping physical cards, an eSIM operates using software, allowing you to download and manage your cellular profiles digitally.

How to activate my phone?

To activate an eSIM card on your smartphone, go to your phone's network settings, select the option to add an eSIM or mobile plan, and scan the QR code provided by us. If you have a problem with set up please contact us for assistance.

How can I receive my eSIM card?

You will get your purchased eSIM QR code directly from us by email you provided during your order. The activation confirmation email will be sent within 6 hours after your purchase.

How long is my eSIM valid?

Our eSIM QR codes are typically valid anywhere from 7 days to 12 months before use, depending entirely on your specific mobile carrier or destination.

How to buy my eSIM card?

To buy our eSIM card, you need to verify your phone's compatibility, choose a provider based on your needs, purchase a card or plan, and scan a QR code to activate it. Because eSIMs are completely digital, the entire process takes less than 10 minutes and requires no physical SIM card delivery. Then we will send you the QR code within 6 hours after your purchase.

Can I return my unused eSIM card?

No. Purchased eSIM cards are non-refundable. Please make sure if your mobile phone is compatible with eSIM feature and plan your travel and destination before purchasing a eSIM card.

What about my existing SIM card?

You can add an eSIM to a phone that already uses a physical SIM card, provided your specific phone model has native eSIM hardware built-in.  Your phone must support dual SIM functionality (one physical SIM plus one digital eSIM) or be an eSIM-only device. Most modern iPhones (iPhone XS and newer) and recent Android flagships (Samsung Galaxy S series, Google Pixel series) support this.  Older or budget phones lack built-in eSIM chips. You cannot use a pure software update to add one, but you can buy specialized physical adapter cards (like eSIM.me) that let you load digital profiles onto a physical card slot
